PDR: Phat Dat to transfer stake in My Loi Bridge JSC

On July 11, 2016, the Board of Directors of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp approved to allow Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp to transfer a part of stake in My Loi Bridge Investment Joint Stock Company to 620 Infrastructure Development and Investment Corporation (620 IDIC). Accordingly, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp will transfer 52,000 shares or VND520 million in My Loi Bridge Investment Joint Stock Company, decreasing the ownership ratio to 19.8%.
