DTA: Board approves a private placement of 6 million shares On June 30, the Board of Directors of De Tam Joint Stock Company approved to implement the private placement to its strategic partners as follows:
- Stock code: DTA
- Stock type: common stock
- Issue volume: 6,000,000 shares
- Issue value: VND60 billion
- Transfer restriction: 01 year
- Issue price: VND10,000/share
- Issue date: within 90 days from the date of receipt of approval from the State Securities Commission of Vietnam.
- Consulting company: Baoviet Securities Joint Stock Company (BVSC)
- All of proceeds from the private placement will be used to increase the working capital and finance “Ha Noi Ecological Garden – Phase 1” in 2016:
- Increasing the working capital: VND40 billion
- Financing “Ha Noi Ecological Garden – Phase 1”: VND20 billion
