PDR: Cancels the record date of Jan 27, 2015

Pursuant to Decision No.01/2016 of the Board of Directors of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp dated January 12, 2016 and Announcement No.10/2016 dated January 13, 2016 regarding the record date for seeking shareholders’ approval in writing;

At present, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp is making a report on the allocation of capital from public offering to the State Securities Commission. Therefore, the Company has asked the Vietnam Securities Depository to cancel the record date for seeking shareholders’ approval (January 27, 2016).
