Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to organize the annual general meeting of shareholders 2016 (2016 AGM):

- Address: Pho Noi A Industrial Park, Giai Pham Ward, Yen My District, Hung Yen Province.
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Thao Nguyen was authorized as its equity representative at Hoa Phat Agriculture Development Joint Stock Company.
- The Board of Directors approved Hoa Phat Agriculture Development JSC to buy back all HPG’s paid-in capital at companies operating in livestock, animal feed production at transferring price of 1-for-1. HOSE
