PAN: PAN transfers stake in two subsidiaries

The PAN Group Joint Stock Company has completed the transfer of 80% stake at two wholly-owned subsidiaries: PAN Services Co., Ltd. and PAN Pacific Co., Ltd. to its partner Nihon Housing Company Limited (Japan).

The two companies became the associated companies with the PAN Group Joint Stock Company.
