MBB: Record date for nomination of personnel & AGM 2016

On March 17, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.344/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (stock code: MBB) as follows:

-        Ex-right date: March 24, 2016 

-        Record date: March 25, 2016                    

-        Purpose: (i) to implement rights to nominate candidates for the Board of Directors of Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank for term 2014 – 2019; (ii) to organize the 2016 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

      I.                To implement rights to nominate candidates for the Board of Directors:

• Time of implementation: estimated in March 2016 or early April 2016 
• Content: to implement rights to nominate candidates for the Board of Directors of Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank for term 2014 – 2019.

    II.                To organize the 2016 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

• Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right
• Meeting date:  estimated in late April 2016  
• Meeting venue: The meeting venue will be noticed later.
