NNC: Resolution on the 2017 AGM

Nui Nho Stone Co-Operation announces Resolution of 2017 AGM as follows:

1. Approving 2016 business results, 2017 business plan and operation reports of the BOD and the Supervisory Board.
   1. Approving 2016 profit distribution with cash dividend ratio at 60% (6,000 dongs / shares).
   2. Approving business supplement in the company’s operation charter.
   3. Approving 2017 profit distribution with dividend ratio over or equal to 30%.
   4. Approving decision on choosing 2017-audited company.
2. Approving stock issuance for 2016 remaining dividend.

Resolution is valid as of 22 April 2017.
