DRH: Resolution on the 2017 AGM

Dream House Investment Corporation announces Resolution of 2017 AGM as follows:

1. Approving 2016 business results, 2017 business plan and operation reports of the BOD and the Supervisory Board.
   1. Approving 2016 profit distribution:

Approving 2017 business plan:

-          Allotting funds: 20% of separate profit after tax.

-          Compensations for the BOD & the Supervisory Board: 2% of separate profit after tax.

1. Approving changes of the company’s operation charter.
2. Assigning the BOD to implement procedures to sign loan agreements worth under 70% of total asset.
3. Approving capital-using purpose expanded for buying shares of Phuong Trang Tourist Corp so that Dream House Corp. develops resort project at Ba Ria Province.
4. Approving decision on choosing 2017-audited company.

Resolution is valid as of 20 April 2017.
