MWG: Board resolution on share transfer restriction

Mobile World Investment Corporation announces the Board resolution dated December 20, 2016 regarding the restriction of shares in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) as follows:

-          Finish date of ESOP: December 12, 2016

-          Time of share transfer restriction:

+        From December 12, 2016 to December 12, 2017: restrict 100% ESOP shares;

+        From December 13, 2017 to December 13, 2018: restrict 50% ESOP shares;

+        From December 14, 2018 onwards: All ESOP shares are freely transferable.
