On January 03, 2017, GTNFOODS Joint Stock Company would like to announce regarding increase to 65% of owning ratio in Villico as follows:

-        Number of shares owned before trading: 4,833,162 shares (equivalent to 7.67% of owning ratio)

-        Bought volume: 36,182,488 shares

-        Number of shares owned after trading: 41,015,650 shares (equivalent to 65% of owning ratio)
