MDG: Notice of the establishment of two limited companies

Based on Board Resolution No.08 dated November 24, 2014, Mien Dong Joint – Stock Company established 02 limited 02-member companies: Mien Dong 1 Investment Construction Co., Ltd. and Mien Dong 3 Investment Construction Co., Ltd. on the basis of conversion from Mien Dong 1 Construction Enterprise and Mien Dong 3 Construction Enterprise. The procedures have been completed, and the two companies will officially go into operation from January 01, 2016.

-          Charter capital of each company: VND3 billion

-          Capital contribution ratio of Mien Dong Joint – Stock Company: 51%

-          Representative of Mien Dong Joint – Stock Company at the two companies: Chairman Nguyen Cong Khai.
