MCP: Board resolution _ May 11, 2016

On May 11, 2016, the Board of Directors of My Chau Printing & Packaging Holdings Company approved the following issues:

1)    The reports which will be submitted to the annual general meeting:

-          Report of the Board of Directors on business performance in 2015, business plan for 2016, the audited financial statements and choosing an auditing company.

-          Report of the Board of Supervisors;

-          Report on 2015 profit distribution plan;

-          Document of the Board of Directors on the amendment to the Company’s Charter;

-          Document on the resignation and election of additional members of the Board of Directors.

2)    The resignation and election of additional members of the Board of Directors:

-          The Board of Directors approved the resignation of two members: Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuan and Mr. Tran Giang Son.

-          The Board of Directors approved to nominate the following people to the Board of Directors for term 2012-2016: Mr. Pham Duy Hung (Chairman of Vegetexco Vietnam) and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh (CEO of Vegetexco Vietnam).
