MBB: Notice of merger

Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank discloses that SongDa Finance Joint Stock Company (SDFC) was merged into Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB), according to Decision No.145 dated February 04, 2016 by the State Bank of Vietnam, effective from March 18, 2016. The financial institution after merger is Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank, with the owner’s equity including SDFC on March 18, 2016 worth VND23,770,050,671,282.
