LM8: Board resolution

Lilama 18 Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution as follows:

1)    The BOD approved to deposit and list 695,059 shares that were issued to pay 2015 share dividends at Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HoSE).

2)    The BOD approved to amend the Articles of Association:

Increasing charter capital to VND93,886,820,000 after the new share issue
