DXG: Board approves to seek shareholders’ approval On June 06, 2016, the Board of Directors of Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Constructions Corporation approved to seek shareholders’ approval in writing for the resolution of the general meeting of shareholders as follows:
1) To change the purpose of use of proceeds from public offering.
- Old purpose: raise funds for the apartment building project under Nam Rach Chiec Residential and Resettlement Project
- New purpose: raise funds for projects: Opal Riverside (Hiep Binh Chanh, Thu Duc, HCMC), Luxcity (Huynh Tan Phat, Binh Thuan district 7, HCMC) and Opal Garden (Hiep Binh Chanh, Thu Duc, HCMC).
2) Record date: June 20, 2016
3) Time to seek shareholders’ approval: from June 28, 2016 to July 12, 2016 HOSE
