-        Name of owner: CII Bridges and Roads Investment Joint Stock Company

-        Charter capital: VND254,995,000,000 (CII Bridges and Roads Investment Joint Stock Company contributed 99.998% of the charter capital).

-  Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh was authorized to mange VND255 billion of CII Bridges and Roads Investment Joint Stock Company in Lu Gia Bridges and Roads Investment Joint Stock Company Co., Ltd.
