VMD: Plan for private placement of shares On May 12, 2016, the Board of Directors of Vimedimex Medi – Pharma JSC approved price and conditions of private placement of shares and plan for capital allocation from the private placement.

2) Conditions of the first phase of private placement:
- Issue date: before May 30, 2016
