On March 14, 2017, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.320/TB-SGDHCM about the record date for the holding of the 2017 Annual  General Meeting of Shareholders & dividend payment of CII Bridges and Roads Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: LGC) as follows:

-        Ex-right date: March 22, 2017 

-        Record date: March 23, 2017                        

1. Reason & Purpose: to organize the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and to pay final cash dividends for 2016.
