VNL: BODs Resolution on the 2017 AGM

Vinamilk International Freight Forwarders announced Resolution No.1569/2017/NQ-HĐQT dated March 15, 2017 regarding the holding of the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

1. BODs approved the time for holding of the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on April 27, 2017.

2. BODs approved the second dividend payment in 2016:

-          Exercise ratio: 8%/par value (800dongs/share)

-          Payment date: April 21, 2017

3. BODs approved the record date for the holding of the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders & the second dividend payment in 2016 by cash on March 31, 2017.
