LCM: Notice of the result of the first AGM of 2016 Lao Cai Mineral Exploitation and Processing Joint Stock Company reported the result of the First Annual General Meeting of 2016, which was organized on April 28, 2016, as follows:
- Number of attending shareholders: 113 shareholders;
- Number of voting shares in the meeting: 8,579,595 shares (accounting for 34.83% of total voting shares)
Therefore, the First Annual General Meeting of 2016 was not successful. And, the Second Annual General Meeting of 2016 will be held with the following time and place:
