EIB: Notice of the result of the first AGM of 2016

The First Annual General Meeting of 2016 of Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank was organized on April 29, 2016 but not successful because the number of shareholders attending the meeting accounted less than 65% of the voting shareholders. 

Therefore, the Second Annual General Meeting of 2016 will be held in 30 days from April 29, 2016 under the laws. The particular time and venue will be noticed to shareholders.
