On June 03, 2016, the Board of Directors of LICOGI 16 Joint Stock Company assigned Mr. Hoang Chi Phuc, Manager of the Internal Control Board, to replace Ms. Cao Thi Mai Le as the representative of LICOGI 16 in Orient Bio-Fuels Company (OBF).
