STT: Board Resolution On Change of Personnel

On May 27, 2016, the Board of Directors of Saigontourist Transport Corporation (STT) approved the change of personnel as follows:

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Duc Lap as Board Secretary and appointing Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Hong as Board Secretary as from April 19, 2016.

-          Appointing Mr. Shimabukuro Yoshinori to replace Mr. Takashi Yano as Member of the Board of Directors for term 2015 – 2020.
