KSB: Board resolution _ 30 Oct 2015 On October 30, 2015, the Board of Directors of Binh Duong Mineral and Construction Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:
1) Business performance in the nine months of 2015:
- Revenue: VND554.90 billion (82% plan)
- Profit before tax: VND124.98 billion (95% plan)
- Profit after tax: VND96.50 billion (95% plan)
- Budget payable: VND107.70 billion (83% plan)
- Basic EPS: VND3,396/share (92% plan)
2) Interim dividend for the first payment of 2015: 15% charter capital, in cash, paid in January 2016. HOSE
