Mirae Joint Stock Company announces the Board Resolution dated November 23, 2016 regarding the implementation of private placement as follows:

-        Estimated offering volume: 8,000,000 shares

-        Offering price: VND10,000/share

-        Restriction period: 01 year from the ending date of stock offering.

-        Investor: Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Thao

-        Purpose of stock offering: to invest in machinery from Hung Yen Plant and Binh Duong Plant.
