APG: Resolution on reference price
According to Board Resolution No.12/2016 dated November 22, 2016, the Board of Directors of An Phat Joint Stock Securities Company approved that the reference price on the first trading day of APG stock on Hochiminh Stock Exchange would be VND6,900/share.
The price was calculated on the close prices of 07 last trading sessions before the delisting day on Hanoi Stock Exchange, as follows:
