ITA: Information Disclosure

On January 20^th, 2016, Tan Tao Corporation received its investment and business registration certificate to allow Trillions Group (USA) to invest in Tan Duc industrial park - Phase 2. Tan Tao is currently completing its infrastructure to Trillions Group starts building the factory - Phase 1 with the scale of 5 hectares. Trillions is the United States’ leading group to invest in Tan Duc industrial park, as well as catching up with opportunities from TPP in the future. This project is a 30 hectares complex with the total expected investment capital of over US$ 120 million, which is invested by Trillions Group and their partners to provide products to Adidas and Nike.
