FMC: Resolution on the distribution of unsold shares

Sao Ta Foods Joint Stock Company announced the Board resolution dated March 19, 2016 as follows:

Article 1: Approving the result of the public offering:

-          Quantity of issued shares: 10,000,000 shares

-          Quantity of sold shares: 9,938,060 shares

-          Quantity of fractional and unsold shares: 61,940 shares

Article 2: Approving to offer 61,940 fractional and unsold shares to the Labor Union of Sao Ta Foods Joint Stock Company at VND10,000/share. These shares will be restricted to transfer in 01 year from the issue date.
