IMP: Report on the use of capital Imexpharm Corporation has reported the use of capital as follows:
1) Total capital from two issuing phases of 3,884,060 shares to employees (ESOP) and private placement to strategic partners: VND100,122,285,440.
2) The funds disbursed until January 06, 2016: VND100,122 million, including:
a) Invest in distribution systems: VND32,934 million
- Receive the transfer of land in Tien Giang: VND1,800 million
- Receive the transfer of land in Binh Dinh: VND1,909 million
- Receive the transfer of land in Binh Thuan: VND2,670 million
- Buy houses in Dong Nai: VND2,988 million
- Buy houses in Ba Ria Vung Tau: VND800 million
- Expand Cuu Long 2 Branch, Cuu Long 5 Branch: VND4,329 million
- Buy houses in Nghe An: VND7,398 million
- Hochiminh Branch No.1: VND8,040 million
b) To raise the working capital: VND67,200,000,000. HOSE
