DPM: DPM withdraws capital at a subsidiary

The Board of Directors of Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation approved the result of share offering to transfer all stake 81.38% at PVFCCo.-SBD. After the transfer, Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation will own no shares at PVFCCo.-SBD.

The Board of Directors of LDG Investment Joint Stock Company approved the transfer of following assets:

-          To sell all 07 Phu Gia Hung Commercial apartments in Go Vap district, Hochiminh city, and 55 grounds of land in Phu An Residential, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai.

-          To transfer all 3,839,020 shares at King Land Investment Joint Stock Company.
