IJC: IJC delays the record date for decreasing capital

On October 28, 2016, Becamex Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company (IJC) posted Announcement No.212/TB-IJC regarding a record date for returning capital to its shareholders to decrease its charter capital. However, IJC will have to ask for the permission and guidelines from authorities. Therefore, the record date for returning capital to shareholders will not be implemented until receiving guidelines from the State Securities Commission.
