HSG: The record date for 2015-2016 cash dividend payment

On February 13, 2017, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.108/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Hoa Sen Group (Stock code: HSG) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: February 27, 2017

-          Record date: February 28, 2017

-          Purpose: to pay the first cash dividends payment for the fiscal year 2015-2016.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND 1,000/ share).

-          Payment date: March 31, 2017

-          Place of payment:

+    Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+   Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at the Representative Office of  Hoa Sen Group (address: 15^th floor, Vietcombank Tower, No. 5 Me Linh, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC) as from March 31, 2017. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
