-          Number of outstanding shares: 842,765,656 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 109,300 shares

-          Stock dividend ratio: 50% (Those who own 10 shares will receive 05 new shares.)

-          Number of shares expected to issue: 421,382,828 shares

-          Total value of shares expected to issue: 4,213,828,280,000 dongs

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.

-          Issue date: in Quarter 1 or 2.2017
