On 23^rd February, 2016, Saigon Industrial Park Development Company (Saigon IPD) offered more than 16 million  shares, equivalent to 24.87% of charter capital to the public at Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE), at the offering price of VND 11,000/share.
