CLC: Information on bank loans

On February 18, 2016, Cat Loi Joint Stock Company signed 04 loans with the total value of VND83,967,892,793 with Vietcombank – Hochiminh Branch.

The total value of these loans accounts for 27.27% of the owner’s equity of Cat Loi Joint Stock Company. The loan balance at June 30, 2015 is equal to 117.73% of the owner’s equity of Cat Loi Joint Stock Company reviewed in the 2015 semi-annual financial statements.
