HHS: Resolution on plan for stock issuance

Hoang Huy Investment Services Joint Stock Company announced the information on plan for stock dividend issuance as follows:

1)    Stock type: common share

2)    Par value: VND10,000/share

3)    Expected issue volume: 11,654,521 shares

4)    Total value: VND116,545,210,000

5)    Issue ratio: 20:1 (Each shareholder owning 20 shares will receive 01 new share)

6)     Plan to deal with fractional shares:

7)    The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be canceled.

8)    Purpose: to pay stock dividends of the year 2015 to the existing shareholders.
