CII: CII raises charter capital

On February 01, 2016, the State Securities Commission (SSC) approved the report on conversion result of bonds into 32,090,369 CII shares for Hochiminh City Finance and Investment State-Owned Company (HFIC) and for the investors managed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GS). Therefore, the charter capital of CII was adjusted to VND2,601,608,070,000.
