On April 27, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.495/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation (stock code: HCM) as follows:

-        Ex-right date: May 09, 2016

-        Record date:  May 10, 2016

-        Reason and Purpose:  to pay the second time of cash dividends for 2015

-        Payment ratio: 9.3%/par value (VND930/share)

-        Payment date: May 27, 2016

-        Place & procedure of payment:

              + Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares                 have been deposited.

             + Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: Shareholders will be procedure at Head office (Address: Floor 5^th, AB Building, 76 Le Lai, Ben Thanh, District 1, Hochiminh) or Branch at Hanoi (Floor 4^th&5^th, 66A Tran Hung Dao, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi.) from  May 27, 2016 and please submit ID card.
