FPT: Board resolution on the stock & cash dividends for 2015

On April 26, 2016, FPT Corporation has disclosed Board resolution on the stock & cash dividends for 2015 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved of the cash dividends for 2015

-        Exercise ratio:  10%/par value (VND1,000/share)          

-        Record date:    May 30, 2016

-        Payment date:  June 10, 2016

Article 2: The Board of Directors approved of the stock dividends for 2015  

-        Exercise ratio:  15% (The one who owns 20 shares will receive 03 new shares)

-        The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

-        Record date: May 30, 2016.
