HAH: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

Violation of information disclosure requirement of an insider trading in Hai An Transport and Stevedoring Joint Stock Company as follows:

Mr. Vu Doan Hanh (affiliated person of Mr. Vu Thanh Hai - a member of the BOD cum Deputy CEO) bought 4,900 HAH shares from October 28, 2015 to October 29, 2015 but he did not announce the transaction.
