TVS: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

Violation of information disclosure requirement of an insider trading in Thien Viet Securities Joint Stock Company as follows:

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong (mother of Ms. Nguyen Thanh Thao - CEO) bought 5,000 TVS on September 30, 2015 and sold 5,000 TVS on October 27, 2015 but she did not announce the transaction.
