GTN: The record date for AGM 2016 On March 16, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.332/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Thong Nhat Production and Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: GTN) as follows:
- Ex-right date: March 23, 2016
- Record date: March 24, 2016
- Purpose: to organize the 2016 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
- Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right
- Meeting date: in April 2016
- Meeting venue: The meeting venue will be noticed later.
- This announcement replaces Announcement No.63/TB-SGDHCM dated January 26, 2016 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange regarding the 2016 Annual General Meeting.
- Reason of cancellation: Thong Nhat Production and Investment Joint Stock Company has completed the private placement to strategic partner. However, because on the record date of February 03, 2016 the Company did not fulfill the additional documents of deposit, the strategic shareholders have not updated to the list for Annual General Meeting 2016. Therefore, Thong Nhat Production and Investment Joint Stock Company decided to cancel the shareholder list at February 03, 2016 and to re-close another shareholder list at March 24, 2016 to ensure the implementation of the rights to attend Annual General Meeting 2016 as well as ensure the rights of strategic shareholders.
