TAC: TAC allowed to delay the annual general meeting

On March 10, 2016, Tuong An Vegetable Oil Joint Stock Company (TAC) received the approval from the Department of Planning and Investment of Hochiminh city to delay the 2016 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders within 06 months from the ending date of fiscal year.

Therefore, Tuong An Vegetable Oil Joint Stock Company decided to cancel the record date March 24, 2016 for Annual General Meeting 2016. The meeting date of Annual General Meeting 2016 will be delayed by June 30, 2016.
