EMC: Allowed to delay AGM 2017

Thu Duc Electro Mechanical Joint Stock Companyapplied an extension to the Department of Planning and Investment of HCMC to delay the holding of Annual General Meeting. Therefore, on April 28, 2017, the Department allowed EMC to delay the 2017 Annual General Meeting until May 31, 2017 but no more than 06 months from the last day of fiscal year.
