GIL: The 2017 AGM is unsuccessful

The 2017 Annual General Meeting of Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company was organized on May 07, 2017. However, it was not successful because the number of shareholders attending the meeting accounted less than 65% of the voting shareholders. Therefore, the Board of Directors will hold the second annual general meeting within 30 days, and time and place will be announced later.
