EIB: Record date for organizing AGM 2017

Hochiminh Stock Exchange announces the record date of Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Eximbank) as follows:

-        Ex-right date: February 13, 2017

-        Record date: February 14, 2017

-        Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-      Purpose: to announce the nomination of additional members to the Board of Directors, to organize Annual General Meeting 2017.

1. The nomination of additional members to the Board of Directors:

Eximbank will inform shareholders about the nomination of additional candidates for the Board of Directors for the sixth term (2015 – 2020). 

+       Number of members expected to be elected: maximum of 03 members

+       Time to send ballots to shareholders: February 20, 2017

+       Time to receive replies: from 7:30, February 20, 2017 to 17:00, March 06, 2017

+       Time to review the dossier of nomination: from March 07, 2017 to March 17, 2017

2. Annual General Meeting 2017:

+       Meeting date: 8:00, Friday, April 21, 2017

+     Meeting place: Floor 3, Sheraton Saigon Hotel, 80 Dong Du, Ben Nghe ward, district 1, Hochiminh city.
