TCT: Board resolution on business plan for 2017

Tay Ninh Cable Car Tour Company announced the Board resolution dated January 23, 2017 as follows:

Article 1: Approving the report on business performance in 2016, plan for 2017 and draft of the auditing report. Of which, the business plan for 2017 includes the following targets:

-        Total revenue: 147,000,000,000 dongs

-        Total expenses: 67,000,000,000 dongs

-        Profit before tax: 80,000,000,000 dongs

-        Dividend: 30%

Article 2: Approving the report on projects and works.

Article 3: Approving the profit distribution as follows:

-        Total bonus to the Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors, secretary, Deputy CEO, Chief Accountant: 1,727,262,000 dongs;

-       The wage fund of CEO, Head of Board of Supervisors and employees in 2016: 18,158,251,432 dongs.
