On June 24, 2016, the Board of Directors of Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Constructions Corporation approved to sign a cooperation agreement to receive Thanh My Loi Apartment Building Project in district 2, Hochiminh city.

-          Location: Dong Van Cong street, Thanh My Loi ward, district 2, Hochiminh city

-          Area: 11,497 m2

-          Total estimated investment amount: VND1,309,686,190,000.

-          Estimated transfer value: VND280 billion (VAT excluded)
