On June 21, 2016, the Board of Directors of Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Constructions Corporation approved to sign a cooperation agreement to receive Apartment Building Project of BIVI Investment Joint Stock Company in Hiep Binh Chanh ward, Thu Duc district, Hochiminh city.

-          Location: Hiep Binh Chanh ward, Thu Duc district, Hochiminh city

-          Area: 8,219.8 m2

-          Total estimated investment amount: VND550 billion

-          Estimated transfer value: VND47 billion
