On June 21, 2016, the Board of Directors of Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Constructions Corporation (DXG) approved to appoint Mr. Nguyen Truong Son as a representative for DXG’s 559,938 shares or 99.99% stake in Vicco-Saigon Joint Stock Company.
